Hi, my name is Ken Enslow. I played basketball competitively from a young age until knee injuries sidelined me in high school; however, my passion for the game and for coaching remains fervent and healthy! I attended Krum High School, where I was a three-year letterman in track and field and cross-country and ran at the State meet twice. I graduated with honors from the University of North Texas in 2008 with a B.A. in English. I currently coach at Denton High School. I am excited to work with you, and I am edified by every opportunity I am given to help young people succeed, improve their skills, and develop their relationship with Christ.
WHAT DEON HAS TO SAY ABOUT KEN
Ken is young, full of energy and passionate about the game of basketball. Although he got injured during high school ball, he continues to love the game. That's why he's on our staff. He currently coaches in the high school system and his peers love & respect him. Ken likes to work with athletic, non-athletic, skilled and unskilled players that are new to the game. Their level of experience doesn't matter to him. He's patient and likes players who will work hard to get better. During the off-season, Ken enjoys coaching and more training. During workouts, he likes to play against his students when possible and necessary. He works with players from grades 1st through 9th. Oh, I can't leave this part out - Christ is the center of his life!
